This video also shows three beautiful child's dresses from the 1700's which belonged to the Campion family who owned Danny House for many generations. They were rediscovered and preserved during Stephanie's residency and are shown stunningly framed on dark magenta velvet by project sponsors orchardframing.co.uk

These are just three of the pieces of vintage fashion that inspired the conversations Stephanie had with residents at Danny and resulted in the Maison de Papier collection of paper garments. Stephanie has found that focusing a conversation around a significant item of clothing helps draw forth people's life-stories. 'That was what I wore when...' Many of the current residents of Danny House, took part in this project, most of them are in their 90's and for some remembering has become a struggle with Alzeheimers a lived reality.
